AMBULANCE STATIONS

The City of Paris Emergency Medical Services provides professional emergency and non-emergency medical transportation for the citizens of Paris and Lamar County. Three ambulances are staffed by Paramedics on a 24-hour basis. These ambulances are strategically located at three different stations around the City of Paris. A non-emergency ambulance is staffed Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Paris E.M.S. responded to over 8,000 requests for service in 2006.

NORTHSIDE EMS STATION

Northside ambulance station, located at 865 Deshong in Paris Regional Medical Center's north campus, is staffed with 2 paramedics and equipped with two MICUs. The long distance transfer truck is also housed at this station.

SOUTHSIDE EMS STATION

Southside ambulance station, located at 365 S.E. 10th St, next to Paris Regional Medical Center's south campus, is staffed with 2 paramedics and equipped with two MICUs.

EASTSIDE EMS STATION

Eastside ambulance station, located at 4055 Pine Mill Rd, is the only combined station with Paris Fire Department. This station is staffed with 2 paramedics and equipped with two MICUs.

EMS STATION TRANSFER STATION

The transfer station, located at 2460 Lamar Ave, is where the non emergency EMS crew is housed. The transfer crew operates from 9 am to 6 pm Monday thru Friday.
